Pareng Mol's Baked Bangus
This blog is a well deserve blog for a new Gastronomic Haven like Pareng Mol. They offer authentic Filipino Delicacies, such as Sinigang, Nilaga and etc. After a month of indulging in their food, a new Bangus dish caught my attention, a love found in their BAKED BANGUS. Their baked bangus is sumptous, a feast in the tongue. The belly part of the Bangus is topped with cheese and cream and baked until the bangus is ready to be devoured. You can also find goodies in Pareng Mol that is truly Filipino and truly delicisioso as well! Pareng Mol is located at Mother Ignacia Place in front of ABS-CBN's ELJ Building along Mother Ignacia.
