TOP 10 MOVIES to WATCH this 2013

This is a list of movies that are interesting to watch but not necessarily become a box office success. 
1. Man of Steel

Man of Steel is the newest version of the Superman franchise, and promised to showcase a better version of the past Superman Movies. Just like Batman Returns, this version may have to show howhuman a super hero can be.
Transported years ago to Earth from Krypton, a highly advanced, distant planet were his father Jor-El (Russell Crowe) is their head scientist and council member, Clark struggles with the ultimate question ‘what is my destiny? now on Earth and shaped by the values of his adoptive parents Martha (Diane Lane) and Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner). Earth is under attack from General Zod (Michael Shannon), Faora (Antje Traue) and their army of Robots from his previous planet Krypton wanting to destroy Superman and his family both here on Earth and Krypton to ensure he cannot reclaim head council on Krypton, with Earth and Krypton in need of stability and support, Clark must become the Man he was destined to become and protect the people on Earth he now loves and shine as the world’s beacon of hope as the Man of Steel.




2. Iron Man 3

This installment of the Iron Man series is 
Tony Stark faces a powerful enemy, the Mandarin, when he embarks on a quest to find those responsible for destroying his private world. Along the way, he discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: “Does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? 






3. WWZ (World War Z)


World War Z is an upcoming post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Marc Forster and written by Matthew Michael Carnahan. It is based on the novel of the same name by Max Brooks. Brad Pitt stars as Gerry Lane, a worker at the United Nations, as he searches the globe for information that can stop the zombie outbreak that is bringing down nations.



4. STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS

In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth.  In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice.  










5. PACIFIC RIM

Pacific Rim is an upcoming science fiction film directed by Guillermo del Toro from a screenplay by Travis Beacham and del Toro. The film is set in a world where soldiers piloting giant robots battle against invading giant monsters who have mysteriously risen from beneath the ocean.














6. DIE HARD 5: A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD.

A Good Day to Die Hard is an upcoming American action film directed by John Moore and written by Skip Woods. It will be the fifth installment of the Die Hard film series. Bruce Willis reprises the lead role of John McClane, who travels to Russia to help his estranged son, Jack (Jai Courtney), out of prison, but is soon caught in the crossfire of a terrorist plot.
7. IDENTITY THIEF




Identity Thief (previously titled ID Theft) is an upcoming comedy film directed by Seth Gordon slated to be released in theaters on February 8, 2013. It will star Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy. The plot for the film is revealed to be about a man who gets his identity stolen by a woman.













8. WARM BODIES

Warm Bodies is the debut novel of author Isaac Marion. The book was described as a “zombie romance” by the Seattle Post Intelligencer, and makes allusions to William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. This movie is a new take on Zombie Movies since the protagonist will be in love and will find a way to humanize his behavior. 





9. OBLIVION

Oblivion is an upcoming 2013 science fiction film based on the Radical Comics graphic novel Oblivion by Joseph Kosinski and directed and co-produced by Kosinski. Jack Harper (Tom Cruise) is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth in the year 2073. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack’s mission is nearly complete.
Currently living in and patrolling in various towns built in the skies from thousands of feet above, his soaring existence is brought crashing down when he rescues an attractive female stranger from a downed spacecraft. Her arrival triggers a chain of events that forces him to question everything that he knows.


10. AFTER EARTH
A crash landing on Earth, 1,000 years after cataclysmic events that forced humanity to abandon the planet, leaves teenager Kitai Raige (Jaden Smith) and his father General Cypher Raige (Will Smith) stranded. With Cypher critically injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help so they can return to humanity’s new home Nova Prime, facing uncharted terrain, evolved animal species that now rule the planet, and an unstoppable alien creature that escaped during the crash. The father and son must learn to work together and learn to trust one another if they want any chance of escaping Earth and returning home. After Earth (originally known as 1000 A.E.) is an upcoming American science-fiction thriller film directed by M. Night Shyamalan, starring real-life father and son Will and Jaden Smith as Cypher and Kitai Raige. It will be distributed by Columbia Pictures.
