REVIEW:HUNGRY HOUND
After hearing so much buzz about Hungry Hound, I
have found myself eager to try the famous Duck Fries. We’ve visited Hungry
Hound on a Sunday late afternoon and at first I thought it was closed. The
place was dimly lit and reminds me of a beer pub somewhere in a small town in
Germany, although the over all design of the resto is very manly and brute.
The approach in
their food is fusion, not traditional at all. Although Duck Fat Fries is
actually French. Serve in a platter top with parmesan cheese and Heinz Tomato
Ketchup, their version of Duck Fat Fries is very rich that in every bite you
can almost taste the duck fat
however it’s almost to heavy on the tongue. The parmesan cheese was not able to
make it taste better so is the ketchup, I think its better if it is served with
something else. Their Duck Fat Fries from Hungry Hound can be compared to Army
Navy’s Freedom Fries and or KFC’s Fries.
